We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just a few steps away from the historic center of Granada. Being situated on a beautiful avenue, we enjoyed the convenience of being close to all the main attractions, including the main cathedral, which was only a short 10-minute walk away. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, going well beyond the call of duty to make our stay truly memorable. The rooms were incredibly spacious, quiet, and tastefully decorated, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. We also appreciated the range of amenities provided, such as the in-room safe, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose it again if we return to this lovely city.
In short, we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this city.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of the city center. It is in a safe area near the main tourist attractions, including the Alhambra. Guests can easily walk to the beautiful Cathedral and explore the historic section. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Some rooms even have a kitchenette, providing extra convenience for guests.
The bathroom had a persistent stagnant water smell, which could be improved.

Great location, close to attractions. The room was like a small apartment with kitchen and dining space. Reception staff were helpful and nice. The suite had plenty of space and was well-equipped. Air conditioning worked well. a recommended stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel was located on a beautiful avenue in the center, within walking distance to the cathedral and Arabian shops. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent, and the staff were really helpful and charming. The suite was well equipped and maintained, providing great value for the facilities provided.
